Goblin Valley

Green River, Utah

Sat. Sept 28, 2019 9AM

With resemblance to unearthly figures such as goblins and, in some areas, the surfaces of the Mars, Goblin Valley State Park provides a unique experience for all ages. With little to no restrictions visitors are able to hike freely and off trail to expand and explore your own ‘goblins’. Offering different levels of difficulties, visitors who are more on the experienced side can take their bikes and explore as well!

Born and raised in the Puget Sound region of the Pacific Northwest, Melissa has always been interested in the natural environment, science and health and fitness. She brings her passion and love for yoga and meditation to Get in the Wild where she helped create the Yoga In The Wild program. This unique program combines the art and practice of yoga with the unique and amazing wonders of the natural environment. Melissa's classes focus on connecting to the rhythms of nature, accessibility and tuning into one's self through hatha and restorative yoga classes.
