My own personal practice of meditation and yoga has led me to appreciate what our bodies and minds are capable of when they work together. Being mindful of the present moment and our breath in yoga and meditation connects our emotional, physical, and spiritual senses. Both Yoga & Meditation are connection tools that serve in self-discovery through acquaintance of limits and our response to them. Whether it’s nurturing desires to build new strength or learning how to de-stress and sleep better, we can customize a personal path through yoga and/or meditation.
