All of creation (including us!) is described as being composed of The Maha Panchabhutas (or five essential elements): Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Each of these elements embodies specific qualities. For example, the Earth element embodies the physical qualities of density and stability, and the psychological qualities of grounding and security. In this Earth Flow Sequence we will create stability and grounding as we strengthen the posterior chain which leads to confidence and safety in postures that require hamstring sureness. This sequence is especially helpful if you find seated forward bends to be quite challenging. Learn simple techniques that you can apply to balance your energy when the Maha Panchabhutas are out of synch.
