As a lifetime performer, I have had countless enjoyable experiences with outward expression to connect withaudience members, but it was my first yoga class that truly welcomed me to take time to connect inwardly. This was a powerful experience that brought me to tears. We all need opportunities to find the wonder inside ourselves as well as in the world around us. What better place to start than in yoga class? What better time to start than in our youth? I have taught kids, teens, and adults for over a decade, but I have a passion for helping the little ones. One can’t start too early to see their self-worth, and to stretch towards their highest potential. Young students also have a wonderful way of reminding me how to stay inquisitive, honest, and hopeful. In my classes, we will explore using all our senses. Sometimes we will be silly and energetic; sometimes we will be quiet and calm; but we will always honor what makes us unique and how those differences can come together as one fabulous whole. I am blessed to be married to a funny and talented entrepreneur. We have 2 adorable young girls who wake up every morning excited for another adventure.
