Brandi is a local Utahn with the mountains in her heart and soul. She found her dream career in the emerging Wellness industry and has been one happy camper. Brandi has practiced mindfulness, yoga, and meditation as a foundation of her self-healing journey for over 5 years. She has attained a four-year degree in Recreational Therapy, studied privately and officially the Foot Zone method of healing, and helped people around the world discover the emotions underlying their physical symptoms as an Emotion Code Practitioner. Brandi loves helping people recognize the root causes of physical imbalances and empowering them to makes sustainable and real changes in their bodies and their lives. She currently practices private and group sessions and workshops at Awaken Studios.
