I am a Utah native and outdoor enthusiast. I longboard, bike, motorcycle, rollerblade, dog-sled, cross country ski, and hike all over this amazing state. I started working in the fitness industry over 25 years ago teaching all things group fitness and was certified through ACE for group-fitness-teaching and as a personal trainer. I've been teaching Yoga in SLC for over 20 years and maintain my own daily personal yoga, mindfulness and meditation practices. I also study and teach Tai Chi, Mindfulness, Ayurveda, Tantra, and Meditation classes and courses live and online via Enter Zen Here.
